1. Open Founding Beta research product

Flowering Intuition and Ingest Paper are offered through an open, limited-capacity Founding Beta for the first 50 paid reports, with no more than 5 new paid reports accepted per week. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, weak analogies, or citations that require independent verification. Every paid report is generated with AI systems and manually reviewed by the founder before delivery; it is not an instant automated deliverable or professional opinion.

2. No guarantees

Reports do not guarantee novelty, patentability, publication, funding, commercial value, regulatory validity, or scientific correctness. Every lead should be independently checked before relying on it.

3. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for deciding whether you have the rights to upload or submit a paper, and for evaluating any output before using it in research, business, legal, patent, medical, or investment contexts.

4. Uploaded materials and AI processing

You retain ownership of materials you submit. You grant Flowering Intuition permission to transmit and process those materials, including through the service providers and model providers described in the Privacy Policy, to generate and review the requested report, troubleshoot failures, and maintain records needed to provide the service. Do not submit confidential, privileged, export-controlled, personal-health, or other sensitive material unless we first agree in writing on an appropriate handling process.

5. Golden Garden engagements

Golden Garden is a separate, founder-reviewed engagement path. Any licensing, royalty, IP, confidentiality, or ownership terms require a separate written agreement. Website copy does not create those terms.

6. Prices, cards, and credits

Website prices are in United States dollars (USD) unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Founding Beta offers are: Try One Projection for $25, including one required directed projection; Explorer for $79, including 5 total cards with up to 2 directed; Research for $149, including 10 total cards with up to 3 directed, a full Trajectory Tree, and 1 Depth-2 credit; and Frontier for $349, including 25 total cards with up to 5 directed, a full tree, 2 Depth-2 credits, founder review, and a short founder note. Directed projections count inside the promised total. Unused directed slots become scouted cards. Each directed projection beyond the included allowance costs $25 and adds one card.

Follow-ups are $35 for Depth 2, $60 for Depth 3, or $79 for three Depth-2 credits. The first eligible widening is free; each later widening is $15. Included credits must be used before a paid checkout is required and have no cash value. Stripe processes payment and may apply its own terms, taxes, currency conversion, or card-issuer charges.

7. Turnaround targets

Turnaround is measured from confirmed payment and receipt of a complete, usable source and projection brief. Because every report receives founder review and the beta accepts at most 5 new paid reports per week, we will confirm the expected delivery window after source and queue review. Any stated date is a good-faith target, not a guarantee. We will email you if clarification, source access, safety review, unusual complexity, or limited capacity is likely to delay delivery.

8. Cancellation, refunds, and blocked reports

You may request a full refund before generation work starts. After work starts, change-of-mind cancellations are not refundable. A well-supported “no match” or speculative result is part of the purchased analysis and is not by itself a failed service or basis for a refund. If our quality or safety review blocks the report, or we cannot produce a report that meets our delivery standard, we will not knowingly deliver it as complete: we will offer a corrected rerun or a full refund to the original payment method. Approved refunds may take additional time to appear under Stripe or your financial institution’s processing rules. Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law.

9. Capacity and order acceptance

Founding Beta pricing is limited to the first 50 paid reports, and operational acceptance is limited to 5 new paid reports per week. Checkout availability does not guarantee that an unclear, inaccessible, unlawful, or unsafe request can be fulfilled. We may ask for clarification or decline and refund a request. These limits describe review capacity, not scarcity of scientific findings or a promise that every submitted source will produce a useful bridge.

10. Human review

Human review is used to improve clarity, remove overclaims, flag weak analogies, and preserve citation honesty. Review does not convert the report into legal, patent, medical, investment, or publication advice.

11. Limitation

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Flowering Intuition is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or speculative damages arising from use of exploratory reports.
