Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We may collect your name, email, submitted paper reference or PDF, PDF filename and size, selected tier, projection fields, advisor conversation and goals, consent record, payment and order status, generated report and report metadata, support messages, and operational logs needed to provide the service. Stripe collects payment-card details directly; Flowering Intuition does not receive full card numbers.

2. How we use it

We use submitted information to generate Ingest Paper reports, manually review beta outputs before delivery, process intake and payment, troubleshoot failures, preserve report identity for Deepen or Expand follow-up, assess whether a separate Golden Garden conversation may be appropriate, communicate with you about the request, prevent abuse, keep required business records, and measure aggregate product-funnel health.

3. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate Founding Beta views, offer selections, directed-projection allowance use, stored intakes, checkout creation and redirect, receipt views, and follow-up purchase intent. Payment and fulfillment truth remains in Stripe and our private order records. Analytics events are designed not to include paper titles, uploaded files, projection labels or lenses, advisor notes, email addresses, order identifiers, or payment-card data.

4. Service providers and model providers

Current beta providers may include Stripe for checkout, payment, fraud prevention, and receipts; Google Analytics for website analytics; Google Firebase and Google Cloud for hosting, databases, private storage, logging, and job infrastructure; Anthropic for AI-assisted advisor and report processing; Resend for transactional email delivery; and public scholarly-data services such as Crossref, OpenAlex, arXiv, and ISBN or library catalogues for source and citation checks. Email and domain providers necessarily process delivery and support messages. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments and may process it outside your province, state, or country. We may replace a provider with a comparable service as the beta evolves; material changes will be reflected here.

5. Private PDF storage and uploaded papers

On the current beta form, an attached PDF is validated and uploaded directly to a private Flowering Intuition Google Cloud Storage bucket before checkout. It is not placed on the public website, sent through Web3Forms, or provided to Stripe; Stripe receives only the order and payment metadata needed for checkout. Uploaded papers, source text, advisor messages, and generated outputs may be reviewed by Flowering Intuition and processed by the AI and infrastructure providers above to create and quality-check the requested report and related follow-up. Prefer a DOI, arXiv identifier, or public link when possible, and do not submit material you are not authorized to share.

6. Retention and deletion

During beta, we aim to delete intake PDFs and other full source-file copies from active intake channels within 30 days after report delivery, unless you ask us to retain them for follow-up or we must keep them to resolve a dispute, security issue, or legal obligation. We may retain source references, advisor transcripts, generated reports, quality-review records, and operational metadata for up to 12 months to support delivery, Deepen or Expand requests, auditability, and product improvement. Payment, tax, refund, fraud-prevention, and other records required for legal or accounting purposes may be kept for up to 7 years. Provider backups and logs may persist for up to 30 additional days after deletion from active systems. These periods are targets and do not override a legal hold or mandatory retention rule.

7. Your choices

You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of information we control by emailing us. We will verify the request and respond subject to applicable law, required records, and information already aggregated or de-identified. A deletion request may prevent us from delivering an unfinished order or fulfilling later Deepen or Expand requests; we will explain that consequence before acting when practical.

8. Security and beta review

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee perfect security. Every paid beta report is manually reviewed before delivery, so submitted source material and generated output may be seen by the founder or another authorized Flowering Intuition reviewer.
